I’m listening to these odd “Mancunians” for 72 hours and I can’t stop.

Their music is addictive. Truly hypnotic.

It’s not for the singing, that’s for sure (in fact, Ellie can’t sing for shit), but there’s something mystical about them, something strange, a sense of belonging.

From the band’s name to the imperceptible lyrics, everything is magical and mysterious, like the result of some secret society of outcasts that wish to change the world through howls and distortion.

The lyrics are a superb portrait of political and social awareness, soaked in the desire to achieve real freedom.
